To Install a Networked Printer

1. Go to Start - run

2. type in \\e015-isa - your screen window will look like this:
   
   (You may want to use \\E015000N7 instead if you do not find the printer you are looking for)
   (all of the elementary printers are at //E015000N7)
   
   
   
   
    

3. Click OK and the following will show up:

4. Double Click on the printer you want to install (** see notes below **)
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
    

5. after it is installed you will get this window:

6. Just close this window and your printer is installed.

**Notes

Unless this is the only printer you have installed then this will not be your Default Printer.  If you want to make it your default the go to Printers and faxes - right click on this printer and click on "set to default"

The printer names will tell you where they are located for instance MSOFF01-PS is in the Middle School (New Office) the PS means Post Script
