The Ballard County Elementary School site-based decision-making council will meet the first Thursday of each month during the 2025-26 academic year unless otherwise specified.

Meetings are at 3:45 p.m. in the library at 3383 Paducah Road, Barlow. Parent members are Rachel Drummond and Grace Stewart; teacher members are Brianna Hammon, Haley Overstreet, and Mykala Waltmon; administrator is Chris Sheffer.

Remaining meetings dates are March 3, April 7, May 5, and June 2.
