Brandon Birney

Involved with the Ballard Bullets, a non-profit junior athletics booster club formed to support little league activities here.

Tammy Dennis

Employed at Ballard County Co-op Inc. as office manager since 1998. Holds an associate degree in business from University of Kentucky Paducah Campus.
Resides on Wickliffe route, has a daughter and two grandsons.
Ivey Rollings

Retired from Ballard County Schools after 22 years, including the last five as financial secretary at BCES.
Holds bachelor’s and master's degrees from Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, Tenn.
Resides outside of Barlow; has two adult children.
Board Meeting Dates
Board meetings are usually scheduled to take place at 6 p.m. in the Ballard County Board of Education office, 11 Vocational School Road, Barlow. However, meetings may take place in the BCES library at 3383 Paducah Road, Barlow, or via video conferencing to reduce contact among attendees. Please contact the Ballard County Board Office at 270-665-8400 to confirm the meeting location in advance. Scheduled dates for 2024 are as follows:
